Mine Smith currently serves as the Project Director of the Northwest Native American Business Enterprise Center (NWNABEC) funded by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), US Department of Commerce and operated by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED). Additionally, Ms. Smith has also served as Management and Procurement Consultant for the NWNABEC for three years prior to assuming the Project Director position.
Her private-sector experience includes over ten years experience in the banking industry.
Ms. Smith holds Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Project Management from City University in Seattle, WA. She is also working on Master's degree program in Public Administration emphasis in Human resources from City University.

Company, and General Electric as a Financial Analyst, Strategic Planner, and Product Marketing Engineer.
In these roles, Curtis has helped companies with Activity Based Cost Accounting, Product Pricing, Product
Marketing, Profit & Loss Analysis, Developing and Managing Capital Expenditure Budgets, Creating Long-
Term Business Plans & Annual Budgets, Retirement Planning, and Life & Health Insurance.
